How much?
$130/month. You are billed monthly, starting on the date of purchase, and the subscription includes bi-weekly (every other week) 30-minute sessions, scheduled at your convenience.
What is the commitment?
You can cancel or pause at any time, though most people commit for a minimum of 6 months to a year and beyond, depending on where you are in your journey. You will see greater benefits in your overall levels of motivation, healthy habits, and your definition of "success" (which we will dive into) the longer you continue to work with a coach.
What will we do?
During our first session, we will dive into your particular needs and goals, and from there I will put together a customized plan for you.
Prior to each coaching session, you will complete a short form (3 questions, takes about a minute from your phone) to share thoughts on what you would like to focus on during that day's call, especially if something has come up for you that may need some extra attention. For example, an upcoming exam, interview, help with a big decision... literally anything. Or, maybe everything is going great (we love that) and you want to focus on how to keep that momentum going.
The sessions generally break down like this:
First 3-5 minutes: Check-in about how things have been going since the last time we spoke. Did you meet the goals we set at the end of our last call?
Bulk of the call 20-25 mins: THE WORK. This varies greatly from person to person, but here are some real-life examples:
-Breaking down NCLEX-style exam questions to boost your confidence and test-taking skills. Though I don't "tutor" on specific subjects, I do coach on HOW to take exams.
-Setting up a study PLAN.
-Taking a deep dive into how you are spending your time, and how we can maximize that time and work more efficiently (working smarter, not harder).
-Feeding and fueling your mind, body, and soul. Whether you are a nursing student or new grad nurse, prioritizing your mental health and self-care is something that is often overlooked, yet THE most crucial part of your success.
Last few minutes: Discuss last-minute thoughts about today's session. Did anything else come up for you today that surprised you? Lastly, we set an intention or goal for you to focus on prior to our next session, and, ideally, we schedule our next session together.

-5-minute "check-in" or (eek) "emergency" phone calls as needed (max 1 per week). Want to share exciting news, have a venting session, or work though a decision or situation? Let's face it: sometimes life happens. I'm here for it. Keep in mind: I am a full-time RN, so I may not be immediately available, but will always do my best to accommodate a quick call when you need it.
-TEXTING. You can text me in between sessions as needed if anything comes up for you. Within reason, of course! Anything that CAN wait, try and save for our sessions, but I LOVE getting texts from my coaching clients about your WINS and I'm here as a sounding board for the struggles.
-Add-on sessions. You can add extra sessions as needed at a special rate.
